don't be discouraged, it's going to go up and down. I fluctuted (can't spell lol) throughout the week even after doing the weigh-in. you'll get to your goal, keep your head up0 -

So as of last week I had met the 5lb weight loss challenge, but now I gained so I guess it doesn't count
It always counts - could be water weight etc. Next week you'll probably be back down again! Congrats!!0 -

Not the 2 pounds weekly that I was hoping for, but 2 pounds!!! I'll take it. 2 pounds a month is better than no pounds, and in a year, I'll be almost at my goal!! Hey, beats looking back a year from now and thinking, "If only I had continued to lose 2 pounds a month, I would be 24 pounds thinner!" Am I right?0 -
