    This challenge is to honor all of the wonderful women in this group. We all know what a woman's best friend is. Yes, diamonds.

    The challenge is to complete 50 diamond push-ups. = 1 large
    You think you're tough add another 25= extra large bonus.

    Diamond push-ups are with your hands close together. Do them on your knees if need be, or up against the wall.
