Thank you so much... I'm getting ready for 5 am ... last time I watched the videos just before bed I dreamed about them till I got up at 1am and did one set to see if I could do them. :noway:0

I don't know why many people along the way say they loved different ones... I hated these I thought I was gonna be sick when I was finished... I really don't like the toe taps I thought BEFORE I did them yeah finally an easy one... NO... they are straight from Hell... (my workout Marine son said that me feeling sick is a good thing means they are good exercises I say a smack up the side of his head would have made me feel better) :ohwell:
all that said I did them all and today I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be. :bigsmile: I am glad we are almost to the half way point.0 -

Me too, with the toes touch move, yeah they all really hurt lol and so it took me forever to finish. I did each set back to back instead of one for the first then move on to the next and repeat and then start again witht the first. I figured this would be way easier for me to do. I was so happy when I finished the wipers! I layed there for a minute but yes I am too glad that we are almost through with this challenge I can t wait to see if there is a change in my abs.0 -

Done!! Couldn't do the push-up part of the planks, but did the "walking" part. I could happily go the rest of my life never having to do those again.0

Got it, but...double leg circles and windshield wipers hurt my butt!! I broke my tailbone a few decades ago, and these really put the pressure on it, but...as ugly as they were, they are done!0
