I'm sorry Team, I had such a bad week diet wise. I did so awesome last week and gave myself too much leeway. This was seriously my worst week since MFP. I think I needed day or two to remember how eating unhealthy makes me feel like crap. I'm re-motivated and I won't dissapoint you next week!0
