Have just come across this group - started my diet 4 days ago and starting to struggle so any support would be brilliant ! x

Its great that you have started! I think that is the hardest part! Getting through the first 3 weeks for me was really tough, I was hungry all the time, but once your body gets used to eating less and moving more you will start to see results, you just need to be honest with yourself and remember to record everything... a lot of people will forget to track drinks or little bites here and there... but they ALL add up. Allowing myself to eat a small amount of what I was craving helped a lot in the beginning, so if I was craving chips I would take 5-8 chips out of the bag, put the bag away, and enjoy the chips slowly, and that was my treat for the day. I also found at night I really wanted to snack so I would distract myself by doing something else, like going for a walk, cleaning, calling a friend, anything to get my mind off the hunger! I have tons of other things that have worked for me, I know they might not work for everyone, but let me know if you'd like some more suggestions! You can do anything you set your mind to!!! Keep up the good work and it will pay off!0
