Skipping Lunch? When do you eat your calories?
Who eats lunch, and who doesn't? I'm interested to know what effect it has. I'm on a 1200 cal diet, and I'm trying to figure out if the time of day I eat those calories has an impact on my weight? I try not to eat after 6pm because then I don't burn it off. When do you eat your calories, and what effect does it have?
