30 Day Challenges

Recently I've seen a crazy amount of posts on Facebook about a 30 day challenge. I haven't seen any real results come from it (as none of my friends have completed it!) but have looked around... There are 30 day challenges for everything! I know where I struggle most with my weight, my tummy, and I know that I am deathly afraid of finding myself a victim of pancake butt.

I am in my early 20's, I have a full-time job and a 5 year old kid. I don't have time (or make time) for going to the gym and just want something I can do quickly and quietly. I found a challenge calendar for abs and another for bum-bum's that I would like to try. I am willing to post before and after pictures but I'm curious - Is there anyone else out there who might be willing to do it with me? I will post the calendars to use.

    you probably have already started this but i just copied the calendar for the abs, arm and squat challenges so if you still need someone to do this with i will!
