Friday, April 12: Long Cardio Day

The type of cardio you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.

Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)

    Fri 12Apr: Today will have to be my rest day. I have pushed a lot with the running lately and my body needs a rest. I have to be at work earlier than usual Fri morning so I'll do Fri rest, and push my usual C25K Fri to happen on Sat instead this week.

    Haven't checked in this week much. Monday and Tuesday did awesome! Wed. a friend took me to see Spank! HILARIOUS! Last night just didn't have it, but will make up for last night tonight. Planning on killin the lower body and some killer kardio!

    Goin to see EVIL DEAD tomorrow night!! So excited, love that scary gore!

    I walked 3 miles in 1 hour tonight. I was outside at the dog park. I'm always slower when I'm outside than when I'm inside on a track.
