Cravings

What cravings do people have and how do you overcome them? :) xx

    I have a sweet tooth so i crave sweet things like chocolate or cream buns ect. So i try having fruit. Seems to work but sometimes that small peice of chocolate before the peice of fruit works for me.

    I am indian and eat a lot of rice,and that is the main reason for me gaining weight,so the thing i crave the most is rice.I try to drink as much water as i can till i feel like i am going to burst!! this usually helps me!

    Lets see I love chocolate and fast food. Chocolate more though. But it seems if I eat healthy during the day and exercise I can eat chocolate and not go above my calories. Its easy to kick the fast food habit though. Fast food equals no chocolate lol.

    My biggest craving is usually a second helping. My wife and I usually compensate for that by only making enough for one serving each.

    Beyond that, it would be sugar. It's a tough one to beat. Especially because I have so many delicious dessert recipes that are NOT calorie friendly...

    Drinking water helps. Or I'll eat a small spoonful of brown sugar (I know it's weird, but it works!) if it gets too bad.

    My cravings are usually for salty things like Hot Cheetos. I just try to stay away from them as long as I can. I also, sometimes have cravings for fried chicken wings from Pick N Save, and Chinese food. Every few weeks I order Chinese or go get Chicken if I want it bad enough. I usually don't carve chocolate or any sweets unless I go to the store and see it. Or it's in the house and then I just automatically want to eat it.

    I get cravings for things like cheesy bread, I just have it because its like once a month.
