I have to share this recipe. Although it doesn't sound so good, give it a try - you will be surprised!
1. Steam:4 cups of fresh/frozen broccoli and 4 cups of fresh/frozen cauliflowed
2. Throw steamed veggies in the blender
3. Add water or broth while blending until you have the consistency of a creamy soup - to your liking
4. Pour mixture in a saucepan to heat.
5. Add seasonings to your liking. I added only salt and pepper.
6. Serve yourself a bowl pr mug of the chowder and top with a slice of cooked, crumbled bacon.
So delicious and filling!!!![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/love.png)

Made this last night with chicken stock and lots of salt and pepper...it is delicious! Hubby thought it tasted remarkably similar to potato soup which he loves. Thanks for sharing.0
