Am I the only one still doing Insanity????
I'll be honest, I'm only "still doing it" to say I completed it. I do like how I feel after working out, and am looking for something to do after the last two weeks is up.
Switch Kicks: 62-80-80-104
Power Jacks: 42-48-45-51
Power Knees: 57-73-88-92
Power Jumps: 25-21-29-34 (I nearly died)
Globe Jumps: 8-11-11-13
Suicide Jumps: 15-16-19-23
Push Up Jacks: 21-19-29-32
Low Plank Obliques: 44-50-40-60

I finished my last fit test last week and I did way better then fit test 4. So i'm finished with my Insanity adventure. I am just not pleased with the results I terms of inches. I worked my *kitten* off 6 days a week and results is just minimal to say the least, so i'm still way overweight. On the good side, my fitness lvl went way up and i'm much stronger.
I'm going to try my luck with ChaLEAN Extreme (P90x is prob still to much for me) and do some weight training. I need to buy some equipment to and until that time I will keep my fitness lvl up with month 1 exercises0 -
i finished my round 3 weeks ago and am now doing the asylum. i saw most of my results in the last two to three weeks in terms ob lbs and inches lost. For me test #5 was also much better than test # 4.
@mangoman: did you follow the diet or at least watched your calories? nutrition is the most important part of any fitness program so maybe that's the reason?0
