Will you be committed?: I am determined to get back in shape and lose the weight to feel better about myself. I have been living with thyroid disease for 6 years and it really made me put on weight. Regardless of how I ate or exercised the weight just kept packing on. Its time to boost my metabolism and feel better!

My name is Bridget. I signed up for the other Biggest Loser Challenge, so hopefully we will be able to keep this one going this time around (I was on the purple team).

How many lbs would you like to lose?: 30 or so
What are your goals along this journey?: Learn to run outside (10-11 min mile), lose the remaining weight, tone up, build upper body strength, eat better, overall be healthy and happy!
Will you be committed?: No question about it! I have committed the last year of my life to this lifestyle change and although there may be times when I am less active than others this is a forever process!!!!
What is your weakness (food wise)? fast food after work, occasional soda (mainly during or after work), *most of my poor food choices are somehow related to being at work or having to work long/late hours!
