April Whole 30-ers - how's it going??

I saw there are a bunch of us! How's it going, everyone??

I started March 17, but I cheated for gluten free cake at my birthday party on March 31 (and felt like CRAP for 12 hours, lol), so I started over my Whole 30 on April 1, lol. So far, I feel AWESOME, though I miss cheese sooooo much. LOL

I've lost almost 10 lbs so far since March 17, and my clothes feel ginormous. LOVE IT. Going to go through my wardrobe for slightly smaller stuff this weekend. YAY! Even more awesome, though - my anxiety is DOWN, my energy and attention levels are UP, my skin is clearer, my temper is more even, my PMS symptoms were really mild, and I'm just happy overall (which is a big deal for me!). I had no idea my poor nutrition had such a huge impact on my mood. Duh!

I have a HUGE family reunion in early July. I'm hoping to surprise everyone with my weight/health! I am really looking forward to not feeling like the fattest one there. It's going to be super hot, and want to be able to wear shorts or skirts without feeling like hiding! :D

    I'm not doing the Whole 30 but I am really considering it!!

    Third attempt was a faileo like 1st and 2nd. I'm just not motivated enough.

    Monday will be 3 weeks in and the beginning of my vacation. So far so good, just praying I will be strong and make it the last week. Kinda hard not weighing and logging my food, and I feel much better and a bit more energized.

    I'm 8 days in and doing well sticking to the meal templates and 100% complaint. I feel great physically.

    I'm breaking out though, but that ay be age or pre-period related. Also I am having trouble in the bathroom department :( things haven't slowed down, but they've gotten umm harder to pass. :(

    Doing well!! Seeing a big loss of weight and inches and other amazing things like muscles and nails growing like crazy!!! #lovingit and might turn this whole 30 into "wholelife"

    Maybe some more veggies? I don't know what you eat but a lot more water helps too!

    That's awesome. I am having similar effects, especially in the clothes department!! Way to go!

    Oh I eat tones of veg and I had a kidney transplant in Sept 2012 so I drink a ton of water, lol. I think it was just my body adjusting because two days after that post everything turned around and things have been moving along just fine! How is everyone doing now? I'm 2 weeks in and feeling good. Branching out more and adding beef which I would rarely ever eat at home for years and years.

    I'm loving it!

    It's actually all sorts of people who joined it in April (not just April 15).

    I'm doing it with my wife. It's been going well so far. The no booze is the tough one for me. Dairy too.

    The no tracking and weighing is also kinda weird since I'm used to weighing every day.

    Still early and have been Primal for a while so the changes haven't been radical, which has made it a fairly easy transition, but I haven't seen any huge changes yet either. Tummy feels flatter. I'm hoping by the end of next week I'll see some more notable changes.
