Day 6!!!!

How did everyone do today????? I know I pushed super hard and got my HR to 90% of my max..woot woot!

Is anyone else having issues with finding cushiony/comfortable shoes. The balls of my feet really start hurting during the warmup and I've tried a few different pair of shoes but it's not helping. I still suck it up and do the workout as best as I can but...my feet hurt! :)

    Yah!!!! We did it. I pushed through and made it with minimal breaks (except for at the end). I was also able to increase my speed a little.

    The shoes I have are the Nike relentless 2. I got them from JCPenny. They are lightweight. I really like them so I wear them everywhere which is why I need another pair.

    Can anyone refer me to a good HR monitor? I do not have one and will be purchasing one today or tomorrow for next week's workout.

    I am swapping day 6 and day 7 since I did my long run this morning. My challenge today will be nutrition. I always struggle on the weekends. Anyone else have this problem?

    I have a Polar FT7 HR monitor and I really like it!
