Just checking back in with everyone... Who finished the 60 days? I did 30 days then switched to strength training 3x per week focusing on my muslce imbalances and posterior chain to get me back to running pain free. I would love to see/hear about your results though!!

Well we are coming into week 4 now! I'm wondering how many people that started are still with us? Hardly anyone stops by and posts anymore... I'm excited for sure. I actually can't wait until "Rest week" - call me crazy, but I loved it last round...and it kicks your butt in a different way...trust that! :)

I created an excel file to track my calories burned, and fit test results. Is there a way I can attach a blank one to our group board in case others would like to use? If not, just let me know if you want it and I can email it. It's nothing complicated, the dates, a column for calories burned, and fit test results.
