Fit Test #3

Well...I did the fit test yesterday and OMG!! Holy improvement! haha I didn't do the 2nd one so I had no idea what my nubmers would look like...but here we go - fit test one and fit test 3 numbers:

Switch kicks: 82...........110
Power Jacks: 40..........55
Power Knees: 81.........113
Power Jumps: 16.........24
Globe Jumps: 6.............8
Suicide Jumps: 8.........14
Push-Up Jacks: 10.......15
Low Plank Obliques: 30.....50

I hope anyone else still doing Insanity sees great improvements from the last fit test too! :)

    Holy macral molyy!!!!! max interval was INTENSE. There was one point where my heart rate skyrocked to 223 and it legit felt like my heart was about to explode. I have NEVER felt that before and it's hard for me to get my HR above 170. Luckily though, it dropped to 100 after like 20 seconds.

    Ok, so here's my results. the first number is the first week, second second week and third was today.

    Switch kicks 51, 60, 57
    POwer Jack 46, 57 , 56
    POwer knees 75, 90 , 100
    Power jumps 27, 31 , 40
    Globe jumps 8, 8, 9
    Suicide jumps 17, 17, 17 ...... i just can't seem to do more than 17 apparantely! haha
    Pushup up jacks 17, 20 , 23
    Low plank oblique 45, 58 , 64

    Improvements for the most part except on those first two but besides that I'm super content :):)

    Awesome job!!!!! You are amazing and kicking butt! :) Seeing your posts everyday just shows your sooooo dedicated and it's great! Be super proud of yourself! :) GREAT improvement in those results!

    You are doing amazing!!! :) nicely done girl and that's funny about the suicide jumps :P those are the devil anyway!!!
