Cardio Power & Resistance Day

So....me in my infinite wisdom....decided yesterday was a good day to push myself in the gym for weights. I did a few more reps on everything as a step before increasing weights, which is great! Except - today my legs are weak as I dunno what! lol. I hardly ever get sore, my muscles will mostly just feel very fatigued, jello-ish.

And of course tonight is Cardio Power & Resistance!!!! >_< We shall see if I will even be able to walk tomorrow! hahaha

    Oh my!!! You were a beast yesterday!! I have cardio recovery today. I was supposed to run 9 miles yesterday for my marathon training, but it just didn't happen. Food happened instead :( So, Ima gonna hit up the treadmill in a few, followed by Insanity. Let us know how today goes!

    lol I had beast mode on full blast for sure :-D. Let me know how you do with your run and Insanity girl. That's a lot to do in one day as well! Get in in :-)
