Options
Today is a good day to blast the biceps!

50 arm curls with weights (50 each arm) =1 large
25 more = extra large

Report how many you did and how much weight you used. If you don't have weights simple household items will work. I gallon of milk, a bag of sugar etc.

    Don, I would like to substitute 50 curls with push ups. I dont have enough weight here at home that would challenge me but using my own body weight does. Please let me know. Thank you

    15 with 15 pounds, 30 with 10 pounds, and 30 with 5 pounds!! threw in some tricep and ab work too along with 15 min of cardio! :)

    75 with 10lbs... not bad considering they followed kb rows, tire flips, key presses and a host of other activities. But I remembered to get them in!
