I know I was supposed to start with 50, but I was actually able to do 70. I found 50 squats went by fast when I used my GoFit Kettlebell workout. (Summo Squat, Swing Squat)

    Just finished mine. I found 50 squats pretty easy as well. I'm sure I won't be singing the same tune soon enough though!

    I started early...I just completed day 3. I also added in the same about of crunches along with my squats.

    Did mine! I surprised myself too! Didn't think I could do 50, was planning on only doing 30 today. I did 50! Being able to break down the reps really helps. I did 15, rested, 15, rested, 20! Ready for tomorrow :)
