Calories in Medium Cooked Bacon

I don't like crispy bacon, and I like it more fat than most. I cook it until the edges are a touch crisp and then I call it done. My calories are way more than crispy cooked bacon. Does anyone know the nutrition content for soggy bacon? lol

    I'm with ya'. Crispy bacon is garbage (well, as much "garbage" as bacon can be). I don't know the difference in caloric content of crispy vs not-crispy bacon. I just go by what's on the nutrition facts label regardless of how I cook it.

    If you stick to paleo pretty well you shouldn't need to count calories. Been paleo for a bit now and I have lost almost all of my remaining 15 pounds to lose plus toned... I wouldn't worry about it!
