I'm sure this has been posted a million times, but what are your paleo staples? Things you buy almost every shopping trip and are always in your fridge because it's impossible to run out of due to the frequency of purchase.

Some of Mine? -->

Grass Fed Ground Beef
Eggs
Butter and coconut oil
Greek yogurt
Seasonal Veggies

More primal maybe? All of mine are pretty the same but also raspberries. OMG, LOVE raspberries! Maybe avocados, red onion and tomatoes too, I love putting guacamole on everything but I don't like them plain.

I get raw, organic nuts (almonds and cashews),I roast them, throw them into the food processor and add some pink salt or maldon salt. That's it..you can add in flavours if you want but they are so sweet and rich and the best nut butter, there is no need to add the extras

    Staples:
    (I eat this almost everyday)
    Apple a day!
    Banana
    Almonds
    Almond milk
    Almond butter
    Spinach
    Chicken
    Steak
    Avacado
    Eggs
    Sausage (Pork and Turkey)

    Favorites (couple times a week)

    honey
    green tea
    coconut oil
    coconut flour
    Almond Flour
Green veggies: broccoli, snap peas, snow peas, green beans, cauliflower, green peas
Peppers: Green, red, yellow, orange, hot
    Squash & Zuchini
    Carrots
    Red Onion
    Romaine Lettuce
    Roma Tomatoes
    Sweet Potatoes
    Bacon (Turkey and pork)
    Pork Loin
    Ham
    Sliced deli turkey
    Grassfed Ground Beef
    Ground Turkey
    Strawberries
    Red/black grapes
    Orange Juice
    roasted sunflower seeds
    dark chocolate
    coconut ice cream

I do realize many of my favorites are not true Paleo due to either the nitrates or added refined sugar, but I don't claim to be 100% Paleo, just 80%.
