Naked and lost.

Well today is the first day without my Bodymedia since Jan 1st. other than a quick holiday in Feb.I feel naked and lost! Sending it back today for a warranty replacement. I WILL stay on track with MFP. On a good note Bodymedia has great customer service. Quick to reply and help resolve any issues. And they have added a couple of months free to my subscription for the hassle. If any of you have problems make sure you contact them!

    I know what you mean. I was in a hurry to get out of the house after a shower and I forgot it. Once I was on the road, I remembered it. It was a funny feeling without it for the day. LOL

    Last year I managed to give it up for a month -- this year it was almost 2 months (strapped it back on yesterday).. Time to admit that I need to see the numbers!!!

    Glad to welcome you back to the fold, Lisa! I'm addicted, too. The information is just so helpful. I can't stand not knowing exactly where I am, and while I keep thinking I will get a handle on what I'm doing and be able to kick it, I am so often wrong about how my day is actually going.

    I went to an Art Fair yesterday at the park and it's so warm here that I was sleeveless. Several strangers asked me about it, and all of them said the dreaded, "you don't need to lose weight." Had to explain that I'm done losing, but then it's kinda awkward explaining why I'm still wearing it. I live in Alabama, so I go sleeveless most of the summer. Gonna have to come up with a ready answer for those people, I guess. Last summer I was still losing.

    I too...love my BMF and think I need to wear it every day...although I am not losing...I am convinced I am doing something wrong...I went down on my cals consumed today and also my cals burned but still for a cal deficit of 1000 to see how this week goes...any suggestions would be more than helpful...I workout 3-5 days/wk...bootcamp/bodypump/running/walking/zumba/ellipitical...so its not even the same routine....HELP my expert BMF peeeps!!! Pls feel free to add me to critique my diary...I am going for bodyfat testing next week to find out my true RMR and the lowest amount of cals I need to eat without sacrificing muscle to lose weight!!!

    How much do you have to lose. Is 1000 deficit too much?

    @ Jaz...thanks to Kate...I have scaled it back to 750..but I ususally only shoot for at least 500...so I have changed up some things and hope to see some changes in the next 2 weeks!!
