    Im still logging my burns even with this back injury, walking, stretching and yoga postures, i can do this!

    Sunday....1500......Set some personal records today......22 minutes/548 calories>>>>30 to 40% incline for the first 10 minutes at 3.2 to 3.5 mph. Then a 23-26% incline for the next 10 minutes...Then finished out strong the final 2 minutes to beat my record of 543 calories........30 minutes/729..........1 hour/1349...................1:11:57/1500 calories.........Average heart rate for the first hour was 138....max heart rate 156......
