Very sore today, but that's what happens when you add squats in the morning to 2 kid birthday parties and a 2 adult friendly bouncies. :laugh:0 -

Did half at the gym with the squat machine and then the rest when I got home. Not too bad yet, I previously did about 30 every other day for a few months but this is definitely gonna be a step up, especially looking at a month from now doing 5x the amount. That's gonna be pretty awesome. And there's more motivation knowing that all y'all are doing it, too. :]0

When I completed day 1 I thought - no problem, I got this. Today, all day, my inner thighs have been so sore especially when squatting to pick something up off the ground. It wasn't until I started my day 2 squats the light finally went on, and I realized why I have been so sore. I can't wait for the results!0

Morning guys and girlies
I started mine on the 12th so completed day 3 today!! Im adding in sit ups and push ups as well to try more of a full body workout

Did Day 2 the morning of Day 3 (today!). Yesterday I was traveling and not really ever alone to do them. But I'll do the 60 squats tonight for a rest in-between. I will keep up )0
