    Hello! I just started keto today after way too much research. Having a bit of a rough start...I'm super tired. But I'm on track to hit all my macros today, so that's all I need in order to keep going. Not too concerned about calorie deficits right now...just making sure I stay under 30g net carbs and get enough fat to keep me fueled.

    I consistently track my food intake on MFP, as well as Sparkpeople.com if anyone uses that as well. I like Sparkpeople's monthly overview calendar, which is why I haven't fully transitioned over to MFP. So if you're looking for someone who updates their food intake (even on the terrible 2800 calorie days (I know, right!?!?)) feel free to add me!

    Hello everyone! I'm just starting today and I am looking for a good support group. I starting just counting calories but decided to do that along with Keto when I saw the amazing results people were having. I still feel weird doing it. I'm not used to eating so much meat and cooking with butter and salt...AT ALL lol. This diet rally goes against everything we've been taught, so it's hard to break that.     I started keto in late 2011, continued until I got pregnant with #2 in july 2012(lost 80lbs total in that time). back on the wagon now and looking to finish what I started. if my carb count seems a bit high it is because I am breast feeding and I found that if I am too low in my carb count my milk supply suffers. anyways looking for friends again. please add me and lets work together!
