Slacking...

This month has been much harder for me to get through. I'm not sure why, but I can't seem to keep up. I'm just constantly tired, and don't know why. So I doubt there has been much change in my abdominal area... I feel bad for not sticking to the routine very well... Perhaps I will do what I can this month and possibly start over in May.

    I am with you! I am trying to not be too hard on myself though. I still try to complete the days even though I am behind. I am making my diet and C25K priority and being faithful to this and stretching for flexibility comes after that.

    The "after" photo is haunting me though! or maybe it's the "before" photo! I figured I wouldn't see that much change in a month, but also I haven't been as faithful. I want to do this into May as well. That way my worst area of my body gets double the time of work and just in time for BIKINISSSSSS.

    I'm still tweeking my calories too. I want enough to eat for my exercise but not too much to where I am not steadily losing fat... so I lowered my calories (after increasing them before) and am going to try not to eat all my exercise calories.

    I am glad I am not the only one!!! I am also not too fond of my after picture (or my before picture). Hopefully there will be a bit more definition. I really need to do more cardio, but we are not the best of friends. I need to figure out a good routine for that, so I can lose more fat and get ready for bikini season faster!!!

    IKR.. this month i haven't been on my A game, but that's ok if you can't catch up, or falling a little behind, just do the best you can do :wink:
