Morning guys and girlies
I started mine on the 12th so completed day 3 today!! Im adding in sit ups and push ups as well to try more of a full body workout

Did Day 2 the morning of Day 3 (today!). Yesterday I was traveling and not really ever alone to do them. But I'll do the 60 squats tonight for a rest in-between. I will keep up )0

Day 1 and 2 done! A little sore today, but onto day 3 tonight woohoo! Think I'll add in some situps also.0

I completed mine yesterday and still feeling good. I think I might try it with hand weights to get more of an effect.0
