Shred Diet

So the fitness standard still gives me some difficulties. I think I'm doing alright with my workouts but what seems to get me is how I eat. A PCM at the clinic recommended doing the Shred diet and I was wondering if anyone here has done it and how it went. I started it on Monday. People, let me hear from you.

    Okay, so I'm week 4 of the Shred diet and I can now say that if you follow the book which makes it easy to figure out your food intake and exercise then the program works. I'm happy to be down in weight and inches around my waist. :smile:
