Okay guys, this challenge is going to have more than one part, (And check in daily)
1. Drink a gallon of water a day. If you share a water jug with your household, you need to get your own and put your name on it so that no one can sneak and get in some of the water you should have for the day...LOL!!
2. You have to do an intense cardio routine where you burn at least 450 minutes in 45 minutes, MWF or T, TH, S.
3. We will eat clean all week, what I mean by clean is, nothing fried, nothing cakey (White flour), nothing high in saturated fat, nothing with trans fat, no white rice or white bread, no frozen tv dinners ( I don't care if it's WW) no cheat meal or cheat day! If you treat yourself weekly to a cheat meal or a cheat day, NOT THIS WEEK!!!...LOL!

Count me in! My diet the past week and a half has been awful. I didn't go over calories or anything. Just too much carry-out fast food foolishness. I was just saying to myself I need to tighten my ish up.0

Can the cardio be split, or does it have to be one continuous session? I like to walk and do stairs or hills, but time won't always permit a continuous 45 minutes (especially if I'm at work getting it in). I can usually do a couple of 20-30 minute sessions.0

Yes, you can split it up as long as you get it in that day!!0 -

2. Tue: heavy lifting (didn't have on my HRM so estimated burn at 630 calories for 100 mins. (I know I'm not doing this part right...I just wanted to track it. Not sure I can burn 10 calories a minute without ending up on the floor. LOL)

2. Wednesday: heavy lifting (squats 56x5x5, step ups 56x2x10, overhead press 56x5x5, bent over rows 56x4x10
