I'm sure this has been posted a million times, but what are your paleo staples? Things you buy almost every shopping trip and are always in your fridge because it's impossible to run out of due to the frequency of purchase.

More primal maybe? All of mine are pretty the same but also raspberries. OMG, LOVE raspberries! Maybe avocados, red onion and tomatoes too, I love putting guacamole on everything but I don't like them plain.0 -

I get raw,organic nuts (almonds and cashews),I roast them,throw them into the food processor and add some pink salt or maldon salt.That's it..you can add in flavours if you want but they are so sweet and rich and the best nut butter,there is no need to add the extras0
