started the 30 day squat challenge today on top of just starting to do 100 crunches and 20 pushups a day, so im feeling great and especially motivated with the 30 day challenge!

That's cool I'm still at the point that I'm trying to get my body to learn that exercising does exist, lol. I hope to do a few crunches eventually, I need to get rid of this baby fat.0

Yesterday I cleaned out our horrible mess of a garage with britt.... it luckily only took 2 hours, but shoot, I slept like a log last night. I'm still very tired.0

Well since today was my day of rest for Squats I decided to do 50 slow crunches. They kinda burned but I think I will do 50 more tonight as well0
