Just the workouts?

Is anyone else doing just the daily workouts etc with insanity? I can afford the shakes and formulas and diets etc. I just limit my calories with MFP. Has anyone else done just the workouts and still gotten great results??

Are you asking if you can get results from Insanity without following the Insanity Nutrition plan and using Shakeology/Recovery Formula?
If so, then the answer is yes. I don't know if my results would qualify as "great" but I was very happy with mine. The link to my results/before & after pics are on my profile.
Most (if not all) of the Beachbody coaches will tell you that to get the best results you have to use Shakeology & the Recovery Formula.....but, that's also how they make $. You be the judge.0 -

I did this, and I didn't lose weight but I definitely got a lot stronger and felt better. Moved on to jamie easons live fit, we'll see how weight training treats me. 8-)0

I don't do shakes or protein powder. Nor does my husband who is a competitive power lifter who wins. We do food with high proportion of protein I have set my percentages as 40 carb 30 protein/fat it is working for me as am burning off fat n building good strong muscles. I have not missed a day yet am on day 6 month 2 Tom and have not lost weight or inches but have changed shape dramatically on my stomach (my only area of concern) and I am very nearly happy with my size. Dig deep u will find the results that YOU want. Watching the progression is what pushes me thro. I have taken measurements and photos with every fit test so can see the change.
