Exciting!! I've been doing the elliptical 5-6 times burning about 650 calories each time...I started about a month ago.So far I've lost 4 lbs. I've been juicing for breakfast, following gluten free diet, no dairy, no sugar, no red meat, no booze. So I just joined this group and can't wait to see what my results r in 3 months.

    April goals:
-increasing my workout to burn 1000 calories each time.
    -increase my water intake.
    -drop 5 lbs

Finally getting back into the groove after major out-of-town family health situation.

I was on the ellipical for 36 mins solid last night (varying tension but at personally challenging level) I will be trying for 2-in-a-row tonight.
