6WK6PK Challenge: Start Date - Feb. 11th, 2013

6 Week 6 Pack Challenge!
Ordered the DVD at Christmas and will finally start the challenge today.
Goal for Week 1 - complete the DVD, level1, 3 out of the recommended 5 times per week.

Week 2 starting Sunday, Feb. 17th.

    Just started this dvd yesterday as well! Good luck to both of us, really want to stick with it and see results.

    I am really slacking but still trying to accomplish my goal for the week. I need to squeeze in 3 workouts by Sat. Tonight will be my first attempt! I didn't get to it on Monday. Good luck to you too.

    Hey everyone, how you doing.

    I finished 30DS last week and though I'm all Jillian'd out I can't stay away, her results are so amazing I'm scared my new definition will disappear if I don't do her workouts.

    Jillian Michaels is an addictive drug!

    Day 3 of 6W6P Level 1 , though it's hard, particularly the cardio I just cannot believe the difference already.

    Hi everyone,
    I'm in the middle of week 2 6WSP Level 1. My goal is 5 workouts per week and /or some other activity - cycling, running or inline skating. Does anybody want to share the progress or results?
