Is anyone doing this? Anyone who has completed want to share tips and results? I started about two weeks ago. Only doing 3 to 4 days a week. The only exercise I don't do is the side planks with the leg raise. I have problems with my wrist. I have metal plates in my right arm so I do crunches for that move instead.
I am starting this workout today. I plan on doing this 3 times per week plus other workouts to fill working out 5 times per week. If anyone is interested in joining me you are welcome. It will help hold me accountable. :wink:

6 Week 6 Pack Challenge! Ordered the DVD at Christmas and will finally start the challenge today. Goal for Week 1 - complete the DVD, level1, 3 out of the recommended 5 times per week. Week 2 starting Sunday, Feb. 17th.

So this week I am finishing up my 30 day shred, so tonight I ordered 6 weeks 6 pack abs. I will be taking next week off from Jillian, but then starting the following Monday... In relation to 30 day shred, how intense will is be? Is it set up in the 3-2-1 format? Any other advice?
