    Yes! I've done a few Jillian Michaels workouts, but never this one. I'd like to start it!

    Am I the only man to do this?! Starting to feel a bit self-conscious… is it not intended for men? I started yesterday, just came across it in iTunes.

    For anyone who wants to do it! I have had a sick baby this week so I have not been able to do it but next Monday I am back on it!
