Recipe Turkey Portabella burger

Cathy and I luv these. easy peasy, calorie friendly and tsty.
Ingredients (For one serving)
1 - 4oz. Turkey Cranberry patty (Thriftys)
1 - Portabella mushroom, stem removed.
1/4 cup diced onions.1 - 1/2 thick red pepper ring (or your favorite color)
3 - Tablespoons Shredded light cheese.

Sauté the onions until soft, Cook the pepper ring in the same pan at the same time (Save time and pans!) Remove and set aside.
Start cooking the Turkey patty in your favorite pan or George Forman type grill. Or in the case of Cindy do it on the BBQ!
Start cooking the Portabella mushroom, timing the patty and mushroom so they finish at the same time.
Turn on the oven to Broil and heat it up
In an oven proof pan, put Portabella down, gill side up. Lay the Turkey patty on top of the mushroom.
Put the ring on the patty and fill the ring with Onions then top with shredded cheese..
Slop 1 once of red wine in the pan and place under the Broiler until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Remove and plate with your favorite vegetable.
