I have dropped 20.6 Lbs. That is enough for me to toot my horn. To quote my favorite red-neck, "I am happy, happy, happy". Consider the horn tooted.
I have a rice/veg recipe that I use with both chicken and pork. I've entered the chicken recipe and would like to copy it, then edit the copy to remove the chicken and put in the pork. (The calorie content etc. is different, you see...). Does anyone know if it's possible to copy a recipe in MFP? Know how to do it? Thanks…
I tried a variation on Shepherds Pie that is very diet friendly and using Yams (or sweet potatoes) for the mash worked out great. Started with a kinda standard recipe and used 500Gr of lean ground turkey breast, I used yams (commonly called sweet potatoes but aren't) for the topping. I like to mix in 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup of…

I was happy to figure out that I could find some of my foods easier by starting in the "meal" that they were previously allocated to. So when I have leftovers for lunch I just click on the dinner menu (to find it from the night before) and then use the drop down to move it to lunch on your daily menu.
