Hey all!! Just wanted to touch base with. I have been so busy it's hard to get in the group and see how everyone is doing. :-)
I'm hanging in there. I am exhausted today. This weekend was super busy with working out and stuff at home I had to take care of. I do have a victory to claim: my body fat has dropped from 42% to 39.1% since 3/10/13!!! :-D I am so happy!! Also, I have been able to increase my weights on a few weight training exercises at the gym a few times in the last 2 weeks already. My strength is increasing quickly, and I'm sure it's due to Insanity training along with it.
I haven't had hardly any, if at all, soreness which is normal for me. But last time I did it, when I got to phase 2 - it all caught up with me! lol So I wonder if that will happen again. ;-) I hope you all are having a great week so far!

Super awesome!!! Talk about some major victories right there! Feedback like this just keeps me going and pushing myself a little harder each day.
Today was pure cardio for me. I found the warm up is getting better; I'm taking less breaks. I made it through about 12 of the 15 minutes of the cardio section before I stopped to take a break. I roll out of bed at 5am to do these workouts. Boy - those stretches feel golden!0 -
