Just finished my 70 squats for the day!
How's this challenge going for everyone? So far so good for me, my legs are sore but only right after the squats; talk to me again at 250 :laugh:

Half way done. I've done one set of 35. It's been rough so far. My legs are TOTALLY feeling the burn.0

Day 5 - done. 70 squats This week I did buns and thighs yesterday and P90x ab ripper x Monday and today (Wednesday). Lower body is feeling it! Gotta add on the upper body now.0

All 70 done while I was waiting for my breakfast to cook!0

Ooops Was sure today was 80 so that is what I did this morning Guess I should have printed the plan out LOL Oh well... Done for today0

I do 10 everytime I go to the bathroom. So far 40. I clearly need to drink more water. But so far so good!0

Done! I added a few more since I'm not using weight for a total of 80. Phew!0

Day 5 done! I lost count during so i added some kick backs and leg raises about 40 on each leg to be sure... I'm apparently having problems with counting today.0

Day 6 - 75 squats - complete. I was really sore yesterday but I had done a buns and thighs workout as well and I walk the stairwell 10 times twice a day, 3rd week. Today I could actually jog the stairwell! So proud for myself! Just when it starts getting hard I count by in sets by 5's instead of thinking of the larger goal. If I count in smaller quantities it seems to psych my mind out and I can finish.0
