Question about tracking exercise

I was wondering how I should set up MyFitnessPal and track my exercise. According to Scooby's my TDE is 3307, BMR is 2133 and 15% cut is 2810. Should I base MFP at 2810? I work out 5 days a week and usually burn 600 calories per session. When I log this into MFP it gives me an addition 600 calories for the day, but this should be taken into account with my TDE so should I drop MFP to 2210 in order to account for this extra?
The other issue I am having is that MFP is synced with Fitbit. Fitbit is then giving me an additional 800-900 calories per day. Do I just ignore this or should I put MFP even lower to account for this? If I ignore it then it throws my macros out of whack.
Please help a newbie.

You'll need to unsync FitBit if you want to follow this.
And you don't log your exercise calories since of course you don't eat them back. Or log after you've met your eating goal - then it won't matter.
Oh, according to Scooby - but you selected the activity level, correct?
Your FitBit is already giving you the correct activity level really, if you do exercise it can decently estimate burn on. Lifting, spin, rowing, ect is out, no good. But others pretty good.
That's your TDEE, which will be better than you hoping you selected the right level.0 -
I am going through reset so am eating at TDEE. I log my exercise because I like to keep track of it. I just know I don't eat those calories back and stick to my TDEE. The only thing I caution you about is that it messes up the macros. It will bump up the protein it says you need, carbs, etc. I just remember to try to stick to my macros before I entered the exercise.0
