"Believe that you can run farther or faster. Believe that you're young enough, old enough, strong enough, and so on to accomplish everything you want to do. Don't let worn-out beliefs stop you from moving beyond yourself."
-John Bingham, running speaker and writer

"Remember the feeling you get from a good run is far better than the feeling you get from sitting around wishing you were running."
-Sarah Condor

15 miles starting Sunday and ending Saturday... Yep that easy and you know you can do it! Just log your daily miles, the total miles for the week and encourage your fellow challengers to make their goals, yep it's that easy.

"Run when you can. Walk when you must. Crawl if you have to. Just never give up." Dean Karnazes, the Ultramarathon Man

For the folks returning you know that the 15 miles is not the main goal. The main goal is just to get up and get moving, if you don't meet it that's fine and you surpass it, well that just freaking rocks.

For new comers the preferred method of posting miles would be:

Sunday-miles-what you did Monday-miles-what you did Tuesday-miles-what you did So on and so forth, posted daily or when the miles occur...

Total- Running total for the week thus far

As always this is not set in stone, if you post every other day or whatever fits into your schedule, but please try to stay close to the above format.

For those folks that don't do miles:

for conversion to be made easy (Thanks Nonafit)

Now let's get moving folks :)

"The miracle isn't that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start."
-John Bingham

Congrats Sloth on 1st H marathon WTG! The best is yet to come!

Sun I had an amazing day! I was invited to ride with Iron Man training team from running club. The distance 60 mi. From Green River Parking area to Hunington Beach, Ca. I rode the whole distance of 60 miles 4hr 45min with breaks. The greatest part is they waited for me at the end to cheer me on.

    Sun 60 mi ride

Goals for the day: interval running on treadmill, 1/2 m swim, tonite 1st time ever Zumba!

    Have An Awesome day!

    OMG! The Boston Marathon!

I don't really know all that's going on there (being on the other side of the ocean and all), but my heart is breaking!

What an inspiration! Congratulations! What's next??? You can do anything!

After the horrible news from Boston, it seemed like the only thing I could do in response was to go for a run. What a tragedy.

Hello! So I must admit - I've been getting Reese's messages every week for awhile now, but never came out here to see what was going on! Since it's already Friday, I've kind of missed the boat on logging this week, but I'd like to join in this Sunday for next week. I'm trying to ramp up my mileage now that the weather's getting nicer here in PA, so it seems like a perfect time to join in - if you don't mind a newbie to the group!
