Currently, 11pm to 7am, sad to say my biggest meal between 7am and 8am before I sleep. Eating before sleeping can't be good.

9pm to 6am. My biggest meal would be 4-5am.
On some occasion, it would be before bed....

I work those hours also. I tend to fall asleep at 8am and wake at 4pm. If i have a small snack or lite meal when I wake, My biggest meal will be somewhere around 9pm. Otherwise I just eat dinner with my family around 6pm. I eat one more meal during the night. The meal is usually somewhere between 1 am and 3am depending on when I ate the biggest meal of the day. I also have small snacks inbetween. So my advise is to eat the biggest meal 1st with all meals to follow small.

I work 11p-7a.. I think my biggest meal is after I get up in the afternoon, so around dinner time. I tend to work out right after getting up then eat.
  • I am currently working a rotational shift so its....6:30am to 2:30 pm, 2:30 to 10:30pm and 10:30pm to 6:30 pm.....my biggest meal is always lunch!
  • I work a 12 hour shift that rotates weekly, 3 day on and 4 days off, then 4 nights on and 3 day off, we are under a 7 week cycle

Regardless off my shifts I tend to eat the same, just at different hours.
I eat a 5:2 diet and my *fast days* are always Monday/Wednesday, my higher days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I do find it hardest to eat on the night shift as I always am up for a lot of hours the day before.
When doing night shift I am sure I keep red bull in business but my sleep suffers like crazy making me need more red bull. Tis a horrible cycle.

I work a rotating 12 hour shift on a 5 week rotation. We have one week where we work three 12 hour days take a day off and then work three 12 hour nights. My biggest meal is right after I sit down at my desk. We don't get a lunch or breaks since they provide a kitchen for us. I only eat while I'm at work. My calorie intake increases with each day I work in a row the more tired I get the more calories I eat.
