Calorie counting on the night shift
Trying to keep my calories but finding it hard to stay under because I need to eat on the night shift How do I achieve my goals better
What are your shift hours, what time is your biggest meal?
Currently, 11pm to 7am, sad to say my biggest meal between 7am and 8am before I sleep. Eating before sleeping can't be good.

odd hours and new
just joined a day ago but i work in shifts. i did not want to wait so i started yesterday. the thing is i am working 11pm to 7am. i also worked friday but started 7am to 3pm then came back and worked friday11pm to sat.7am. started counting calories from sat. 8am. i ate close to midnight friday. not sure weather to count…

Too eat or not eat on night shift?
Some of my coworker don't eat working the am(night) shift, others bring full meals. I don't know, What's works for you!

I work an irregularly rotating shift, days, evenings and nights. I have had a horrible time trying to stay on task because I eat 4-5 meals a day when i'm working/not being able to sleep during the same day. Eating to sleep
I have trouble sleeping during the day. I often get up and snack to fall asleep. Warm milk, pasta etc. These extra calories are adding up. MFP identified just how much. Any ideas or suggestion? What to eat or drink? What works for you.
