Week 4: Weigh IN WEEK

I think we should weigh in on Friday Morning for the week 4 weigh in. Weigh in when you normally do though and Please post to the Week 4 weigh in after you have went a full 4 weeks in our group.
I want everyone to kill it this week. Lets have a great weigh in. We will then reassess and see what changes we all need to make going forward. I have been crazy busy this week so I haven't been able to update much but inbox me with questions concerns or anything you need and I will get back to you..
Finally Warm in PA I'm now even more motivated!!! Talk to everyone Soon.

I weighed myself this am and GAINED :-(. I am soo upset about it.. I know the official weigh-in is not until friday but im still sad :-(0

Not happy....I have been on a two week "bench". Saw my doctor 2 weeks ago and she says "hernia" and I cannot do anything (not even walking) until I see a general surgeon....so far I haven't heard anything (hate insurance...waiting for a consult).
So my muscle is turning flaccid
today's weight: 124 (2 lb loss)
BB: 28 (0.25 inches loss)

I have 4 more weeks to lose another 5 pounds to get my goal of 10 lbs lost before dance recital!

Starting weight 4 weeks ago was 214.2 current weight is 205.4 = Total loss in 4 weeks 8.8 pounds!!!!!! I am beyond excited with this loss!!!0

Hey Mike! I didn't weigh in yesterday because I was on travel and wanted to weigh at home on my scale, well I've l gone from 184.0 to 178.8 (5.2 lbs) Yippee!!! I'm so proud of myself I can't stand it. I am sooooo almost there. Thanks for all your help.:flowerforyou:0

Down 3.4 pounds 1/2" smaller on neck and waist I have been on a plateau for about 6 weeks, but hopefully coming off it now. Increased calories and cut back some on exercise for the last few days. It is winter again in Minnesota, hopefully snow will be gone again by the end of this week. Keep on keeping on. -os0

GW for 12 week challenge: 148 1bs (1 1b a week I would be very happy with)!
Final goal weight: 140 1bs

My 4 week weigh shows a loss from 93.8 to 88.1 which is 5.7kg (12 1/2 libs). I'm very pleased and feeling very motivated to carry on. I would like to be at my target weight by the time I go on holiday in October. Bikini time ahead!0

Bad news is I am up 3lbs...big sigh, good news is I am now fitting into my first pair of goal jeans! YAHOO! scale is not everything folks! I am sure the weight gain is due to eating more junk than I usually do, many birthday celebrations! But the exercising is def. paying off on the size shrinking!0
