we all need it to survive and water.I do still eat bad foods but in much smaller quantities.I still have my pizza but i went from half the pizza to 1 or 2 slices with a big salad and some green beans or broccoli so I get full.This journey is not about giving up it is about learning to eat again and be real.I hope everyone is having a good food day and is within their goals .Missy

I've done the same thing. Those little Totinos pizza? Used to be one serving for me. I know it's junky pizza, but it tastes good. Anyway, now, I eat a giant salad before hand so I eat maybe half a pizza now. Don't give up your favorites, just eat them in moderation!0
