Honestly, I've never even seen the TV show. i have no idea how this works. How do we join teams? Do we get prizes? I just want something that will keep me motivated. I'm sorry I'm so slow

This is not official biggest loser challenge - I am not nutritionist or fitness expert .... I have started this challenge just to keep us motivated and aiming towards our goals together - helping each other - after another similar challenge was cancelled.
If there is anyone who is an expert in either subject I would be very happy if they let me know!!!0 -
I too would like to know how this all works. I filled in my stats in the sign up thread. How do I know what color team I go on, and how do I find a captain, etc? Maybe there is an intro/FAQ thread on here but I'm still combing to find it :-).0
