I've been really motivated this week and I've just invested in a box set of Jillian Michaels DVD's so I'm working hard on the all round health - weight, inches, strength etc. And she is one mean woman - I like to consider myself reasonably fit but her DVD's have made me hurt all over!

I lost .3 this week. It makes me really happy because the C25K has been going great for me! And a loss is a loss0

Loss of 1.8lbs this week and I'm soooo happy!!! Couldn't believe when I stepped on the scale - thought it was a fluke so I pulled out the old analogue scale and it was the same....I even did my measurements and there were definitely inches lost!!
I decided not to count calories for 3 weeks (last week and the next 2) and I gained some weight mid week but was actually able to take it off and more. :happy:
Maybe there definitely is something about Eating more to Lose more!! Then again, it might be contributed to the circuit training I've been doing every day for this week's challenge or the fact that I'm on holidays so I was able to get a bit of running done a couple of mornings.

I'm currently alternating between No More Trouble Zones and Beat Fat Boost Metabolism. Between them they seem to be giving a good mix of cardio and weights which is what I need. Assuming I can still move after them!0 -

Started the week off really well, but the last two days I have struggled. Staying the same is better than gaining, I guess!

Congrats to everyone for all the AMAZING losses this week.
It wasn't such a good week for me, but I'm thankful that as crazy as I went food wise, i still worked out 3 days last week, and only gained 2.2 pounds. For someone my size, that's REALLY easy to lose, considering the majority of it is bloat and water weight. Here's hoping to rediscovering my drive in the next week!

I gained this week, almost 4 pounds, but I'm okay with it. I stopped doing Bikram yoga and started lifting weights/running again. I've been working to muscle fatigue and struggling with drinking enough water. I know if I stay on track the number will go down again soon.0
