the bars I have to use are an 18# and a 20#. for my warm Ups I did just adding 10# to the bars and did all 3 warm ups. in the ebook he says for warm ups do 2X5 at low weight then 1X5 a little heavier- but the post here says do 4 warm up sets.
I just did 3.

I used the tracker and did what it suggested for my A session.

    Technically started stronglifts today to :) had my induction and the PT talked me through good form for the moves etc

    I can't wait to start adding the weights to it.

    (Also tempted by crossfit!!)

    I do 3 warm-up sets but really it's up to you.... Listen to your body and if you feel warm and ready to start your working sets after 3 warm-up sets then go for it.....if not do another warm-up set.
