    My goal is lose 40 pounds in 4 months!
    I a doing a vegetable and fruit based eating routine!
    I am working out 6 days a week at home doing hip hop abs Mon thru Sat,
    and Mon-Wed-Fri doing Jackie Warner upper body and core workouts.
    I started on 4-14-13 and already have has some success.

    Word of caution, do not overdo it. You might be seeing success now, but eventually it will blow up if you overwork yourself for too long.

    You are doint it. my current weight is 144lbs I would like to lose 10lbs. My workout schedule is personal weight training twice a week (it is rare that I miss this). cycyling three times a week and zumba three times a week (this schedule is subject to my busy schedule) but for the most part I do cardio at least twice a week.

    Eating is my challenge. I mean I do eat clean for the most part but when I am on vacation it mostly goes out the window. I am getting better though. I am a fitness health concious person in progress. I know I will get there one day, I'm not giving up.
